Postage
All sales are shipped via AusPost to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Enjoy FREE AusPost Express shipping on orders over $70 AUD. We will provide a tracking number within 2 business days to keep you updated on your order's progress.
Unfortunately due to location and availability, we do not offer local pickup.
Pre Ordering
All items in our store are available for pre-order, meaning your order will be shipped to you as soon as the item arrives into stock.
If an item is available for pre-order, it is estimated to arrive to our store in 10-15 business days. If the arrival date exceeds this timeframe, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to Express at no extra cost.
You will receive an estimated stock arrival date via email within 24 hours of placing your order and within 2 business days following, an AusPost tracking number.
Returns
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
